At West Central, we provide adult case management services for our clients in both the home setting and in their community. As an Adult Case Manager you will work closely with our psychiatrists and therapists in the development of treatment plans which assist the client in cultivating life management skills. You will also help facilitate collaboration with other local agencies to coordinate services that will enhance a comprehensive treatment approach. You will directly impact the lives of adults living with mental illness through case managementó development of treatment plans, skills training, psycho-education and ongoing professional support. As an Adult Case Manager you will not only be helping your client, but also their family, and your community as a whole.

Position Requirements include: 

  • BA/BS degree in social work, rehabilitation, psychology, education or a related human services field; or
  • Associate's degree in social work, rehabilitation, psychology, education or a related human services field plus: 
  • Case management experience preferred but willing to train
  • Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills
  • Possess working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driverís license, plus reliable and insured vehicle
